Across the world organisations have been adopting various forms of ‘Hybrid Working’ – trying to combine employee aspirations for more choice over how they work with the more traditional structures of office-based working.
But how can you tell if your implementation is delivering all the benefits that it could do?
What can we do better?
While some Hybrid Working programmes have adopted a strategic approach to delivering a range of targeted benefits, others are, in effect, improvised compromises between various interests and viewpoints, that focus much more on the place of work than transforming it.
The evaluation is based on more than 25 years of implementing flexible, smart and agile working programmes involving changes to working practices, working culture, workplaces and technologies. It provides you with a comprehensive assessment of how well your programme is performing, capturing examples of great practice, and highlighting key areas for improvement and innovation.
It’s based on the thinking and experience that underpins British Standards PAS 3000: Smart Working Code of Practice, for which Flexibility.co.uk’s Andy Lake was the technical author, and his management book Smart Flexibility.
